As both a colleague during my time at Wheatfields Primary School and a proud parent of Zara, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to witness Tai's exceptional abilities from two unique perspectives. I am delighted to share my heartfelt appreciation for her outstanding tutoring of my daughter, Zara, in English.
Since Zara began her tutoring sessions with Tai, I have seen a remarkable boost in her confidence in English, which has sparked a genuine hope for achieving her target GCSE results. What truly warms my heart is the radiant smile that lights up Zara’s face after each of Mrs. Aina’s sessions, even on Friday evenings! This joy is a beautiful testament to the engaging and supportive environment Tai creates, turning learning into a delightful experience.
Tai's nurturing yet challenging approach has inspired Zara to take initiative and ownership of her learning—skills that are not only vital for academic success but also for personal growth. I am continually impressed by how Tai tailors her teaching methods to align with Zara’s individual learning style. She employs a variety of strategies that not only clarify complex concepts but also make the learning process enjoyable and relatable.
In addition to her tutoring, Zara also participates in Sam Aina’s Year 11 Mentoring sessions. Sam shares invaluable tips in such a constructive and friendly manner. These sessions go beyond academic content; they focus on building resilience and effective study habits, which are essential for Zara's overall development as a learner.
On a personal note, I have found Mrs. Aina to be deeply devoted to her profession, always putting her students' best interests first. Her ability to inspire not just my daughter but all the pupils at Wheatfields Primary is a true reflection of her exceptional knowledge of both the Primary and Secondary curricula. Tai has a remarkable talent for connecting with her students, making complex subjects accessible and engaging.
With Tai’s guidance, I am confident that Zara will not only thrive but also achieve her very best. As a parent, I feel incredibly fortunate to have Tai working with Zara.
